Palins above the law?

Sarah Palin is cooperating with the Alaska State Personnel Board investigation into Troopergate.

The Alaska State Personnel Board has 3 members that were appointed by her.

Can we say CONFLICT OF INTEREST here??!

Todd Palin has been subpoenaed by the Alaska Legislature to testify in its investigation into Troopergate. He has refused to testify, citing that it is "unduly burdensome" and interferes with his out of state travel plans.

Ignoring a legislative subpoena is punishable by a fine of up to $500 and up to 6mos of jail under Alaska law.

So, the Palins must think they are above the law.

VOTE NO ON MCCAIN-PALIN! No one is above the law. That's why it exists.
